Booking and Cancellation policy:
Credit Card details [or first night deposit cheque] are taken to secure the booking but card will not be debited unless the cancellation policy is breached.
One nights accommodation will be charged in full for a no show or should the booking be cancelled within one month of arrival.
Payment in cash sterling, cheque or credit card [there is a £2 charge per £100 for CC transactions]
Terms: No Smoking. Sandeman House has a NO SMOKING policy. A charge will be made for any breach of this policy. Arrival time is by arrangement. Check out time. We kindly ask our guests to vacate rooms by 10am on day of departure but are happy for guests to leave luggage for later collection.
