Sandeman House has a no smoking policy. A charge will be made for any breach of this policy.

The first night will be taken as a non returnable deposit to secure the booking. This can be paid by debit/ credit card or cheque.

Payment in cash sterling, cheque or credit card (there is a £3 charge per £100 for CC transactions)

Arrival time is by arrangement. We offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation in our own home so we are unable to be at home 24 hours a day as a larger accommodation provider would. It is imperative you advise us of your time of arrival. If there is a change in your given time please telephone on 0131 4478080 to ensure we are here to welcome you.

Check out time. We kindly ask our guests to vacate rooms by 10 am on the day of departure but we are happy for guests to leave luggage for later collection.
